I'm Dr Dan Poulter and for the past 7 years, it has been my privilege to be your dedicated and hard working local MP. I live locally near Framlingham, am a committed community campaigner and the people of Suffolk will always be my first priority.

I'm not a career politician and am a great believer in MPs having experience of working in the real world. So, when time permits, I continue to work on a part time basis as an NHS hospital doctor. It is the real life experience gained from my work as a doctor that helps to make me a better MP.

I care deeply about Suffolk and want to secure a better future for everyone in our community. But I can only do that with your help. That is why I am asking for your vote, to help me to continue to secure a better future for you, for your children and grandchildren.

Please feel free to get in touch if I can help you in any way.

Best wishes,

Psychoactive Substances (23 May 2018)
Daniel Poulter: It is a pleasure to serve under your chairmanship, Sir Christopher. I congratulate the right hon. Member for Delyn (David Hanson) on securing the debate, which is a welcome opportunity to review a piece of legislation that was not uncontroversial when it passed through the House a couple of years ago. I shall touch briefly on a couple of points that he made and pick up on the issue of...

ADHD Diagnosis and Treatment (15 May 2018)
Daniel Poulter: I did not intend to come across as discriminatory in the point that I made; it is CAMHS professionals—mental health professionals—who tend to do the assessments for ADHD in children. What is the Minister going to do about the recruitment crisis in CAMHS? Without those CAMHS professionals, we shall not be able to provide the diagnosis and delivery of care.
