With his first-hand knowledge of the NHS, as a working hospital doctor, Dr Dan has long been an advocate of the return of 7 day GP services and has taken action to change things for the better. He has been working closely with our local GPs and healthcare teams for some time to extend GP and pharmacy opening hours, and to improve surgery facilities in areas including Claydon and Barham and North West Ipswich.

His efforts have been successful when it was announced that Suffolk succeeded in getting £2 million extra Government cash to begin to start the locally run, 7 days a week GP service that patients deserve, which will start with a new 7 GP care facilities for patients in Ipswich.
