Baylham Care Centre

One of Suffolk's biggest challenges is looking after and properly supporting our ageing population, and Dr Dan is a regular visitor and supporter of care homes such as Baylham Care Centre which he visited on Friday.

Dr Dan enjoyed making Christmas items and games with the residents and with the Manager, Mrs Sandy Oxborrow, and he was particularly impressed with the high level care and innovative, tailored care services used to help those people who are suffering from dementia.

We need to see a more integrated health and social care service and Baylham Care Centre is a great example of how to provide this integrated care.
