Dan visited Calvors Brewery, a local brewery based in the heart of the Suffolk countryside.
Calvors brew beer using traditional methods in a converted section of an old agricultural building. Dan met Alec Williamson who started the company in 2008. He showed Dan how the brewery has expanded and changed since his last visit. As part of that expansion the company has started brewing ales, again using traditional methods.
Dan was delighted to see another Suffolk success story and would like to thank Alec Williamson for showing him around his Brewery.
