Healthwatch Suffolk is an independent regional organisation which was set up with the objective of being an influential and effective voice for the people of Suffolk.
Recently Dan spoke at the first Healthwatch Suffolk AGM about the challenges which are facing Suffolk - an increasingly ageing population and how best to look after people, especially those with long-term conditions such diabetes, dementia and heart disease; providing care that will allow the elderly and vulnerable to stay at home and enjoy a good quality of life while remaining in their local communities near to friends and family.
He was delighted to catch up with Chief Executive Annie Topping who presented him with the report from Healthwatch Suffolk's first AGM.
