Diabetes UK

Diabetes is a common health condition which can cause lifelong, debilitating health problems. As a Government health minister and an NHS hospital doctor, Dr Dan was pleased to be invited to launch the new Diabetes UK support group for Ipswich and East Suffolk with the Diabetes UK President Richard Lane OBE. Dr Dan spoke to those diagnosed with diabetes to raise awareness of what the condition is, how it is caused and what treatment is available, and he was encouraged by the support that the Diabetes UK group offers to those with diabetes and their families.
