It was a real pleasure for Dan to attend the Ipswich Sings Christmas community concert at the Ipswich Corn Exchange last weekend, where he made a festive reading before enjoying the various special guest performances. Choirs from Grundisburgh Primary School, Hintlesham and Chattisham CEVC Primary School and Rushmere Hall Primary School all sang a variety of traditional and modern carols with aplomb.
This year’s concert was held in aid of the Woolverstone Wish appeal, which is raising money to refurbish the Chemotherapy outpatient clinics and day-unit in the Woolverstone Wing of Ipswich Hospital. The event was a great success, and Dan would like to commend all of the performers who took part, particularly the primary school pupils, who sang so well.
