Dr Dan meets with young people at Cedarwood Primary School

Dr Dan with Cllrs Christopher Hudson and Robert Whiting at Cedarwood Prinary School, Kesgrave (2)Since Dan was elected as your MP for Central Suffolk and North Ipswich, he has visited most of the schools in his constituency and always enjoy meeting with teachers, governors and pupils. We all share the view that giving young people the best possible start in life is vital for their personal development and essential for our future economy and society, both locally and nationally.

Last week, Dan visited Cedarwood Primary School in Kesgrave, where he met with Headteacher Doug Stroud before speaking to pupils in the School Council about the work he does as your your local MP. The pupils were particularly interested to hear about the successful work Dan has done to help secure £12 million of Government funding for high-speed broadband in Suffolk, which will enormously benefit our local schools, businesses and farmers.

Dan would like to thank Doug Stroud and he looks forward to welcoming pupils at Cedarwood Primary School to Parliament.
