Dan always enjoys meeting with young people in Ipswich and Suffolk to hear their views and it was a real pleasure for him to visit Claydon Primary School last week, where he took part in a question & answer session before being given a tour of the school. The pupils asked Dan a variety of questions, ranging from his life as both a doctor and an MP, to his interests outside of politics and his ambitions as a Government Health Minister.
Claydon Primary School is a large community primary school with almost 400 pupils aged between 3 – 11. Dan would like to thank Headteacher Ms Mary Ashcroft for showing him around the school. He will continue to work hard to ensure that our schools in North Ipswich receive their fair share of attention from the Ipswich Borough Council, and looks forward to visiting Claydon Primary School again.
