On Sunday, Dr Dan presented the awards at the St Elizabeth Hospice Long Service Awards Ceremony at Trinity Park in Ipswich.
He was pleased to have been able to participate in this special occasion and honoured to have been asked to present the awards to the many deserving volunteers, some of whom have been working with the hospice for over 20 years, who have taken their time to help at the hospice in a variety of different ways; working in the shop, fundraising, and helping patients.
Dr Dan is a great supporter of the St Elizabeth Hospice which plays a vital role in caring for people with progressive illnesses in Ipswich and Suffolk. The hospice relies on charitable donations to carry out their work and the volunteers work tirelessly to help look after residents. Dr Dan was pleased to have been able to present awards to the very deserving volunteers.
