Newspapers like the East Anglian Daily Times and the Ipswich Star, along with our local TV and radio stations in Suffolk, play a vital role in the functioning of our local democracy. They hold our elected representatives to account while campaigning on behalf of residents for valuable local causes.
Dan recently visited the Heart FM team for a tour of their studios after his meeting with the East of England Ambulance Service. Along with many people in Suffolk, he often listens to Heart FM, and it was a pleasure for Dan to meet with News Editor Neil Perry and his colleagues before being shown round the site. We are lucky to have such a strong and independent local media presence in Suffolk and Dan will continue to do all he can to support our local newspapers and radio stations.
