Dr Poulter Visits Yaxley Care Home

Dr Poulter was delighted to visit Yaxley Care Home and to meet with manager Paula Baker. Dan was able to discuss how Yaxley Care Home looks after its patients, especially those who suffer from dementia. He was shown around the home and met some of the patients and their families.
