Dr Poulter was delighted to visit Yaxley Care Home and to meet with manager Paula Baker. Dan was able to discuss how Yaxley Care Home looks after its patients, especially those who suffer from dementia. He was shown around the home and met some of the patients and their families.
One of the biggest health challenges facing Suffolk is our growing ageing population; this means increasing numbers of older people require help and support. It is therefore pleasing to see another Suffolk care home rising to the challenge of looking after our more vulnerable members of society.
