Dr Dan presented certificates at the third Wickham Market Community Training Projects awards ceremony once again on Friday, and would like to thank Mrs Pam Bell and all those involved with Wickham Market Respite & Care, and congratulate them on the great work they do.
As the government minister that brought the Care Bill through Parliament, Dr Dan takes particular interest in the Wickham Market Community Training Project which started in 2011 and has since trained hundreds of people in various aspects of care and has helped some young people go on to find jobs in the care sector. The project provides free Health and Social Care Education and Training for family carers, volunteers and peope who live or work in Wickham Market and the surrounding area.
