Framlingham College was today delighted to welcome Central Suffolk and North Ipswich MP, Dr Dan Poulter.

Dr Poulter was pleased to address a special assembly of pupils and teachers, where he spoke about his role as the local Member of Parliament, but also how his role as a practising NHS doctor brings additional expertise to his role as an MP.  The pupils were particularly keen to learn more about Dr Poulter’s role in mental health and how he brings that expertise to bear in scrutinising legislation in Parliament.

During the visit, Dr Poulter met Head Boy, Finlay Bloore and Head Girl, Ruby Body and he also had a dedicated Q&A session with a group of senior students.
