Dan was recently delighted to visit Creeting St Mary CEVAP School. He always enjoys the opportunity to visit our local schools in Suffolk, and to see at first hand all the hard work that the staff and pupils put in. As part of its School Organisational Review (SOR), Suffolk County Council is currently consulting on its proposals to move the county towards a two-tier education system.
Staff and Governors at Creeting St Mary are planning to extend the school’s age range to take pupils up to age 11, which would see it become part of the Debenham High School pyramid scheme. Dan would like to thank Head teacher Marilyn Spall and Chair of Governors Alastair Rogers for taking him on a tour of the school, and for sharing with him their plans for the future. He looks forward to visiting again soon.
